The Vintage Nursery
In the Vintage Nursery are accessories from the 1940's through the
1960's. All items are authentic and possess all the charm and beauty
found in the elegant baby nurseries of those eras. While many of the
pieces can be used as they were originally intended, some have
been repurposed. For example, Taylor Tot strollers of the 1940's and
1950's lack the safety features required today. However, when repurposed
they make precious decorative and unique pieces in a Vintage-themed
nursery. Later I will be offering one of these.
When possible I will provide a brief history of the vintage items I am
showing. I think it brings an added sense of purpose and occasionally
even clairity to a piece.
